Annual Fundraiser & Extravaganza!
We are a 501c3 volunteer organization raising money for wildlife conservation, education and humanitarian grants. Over $1,000,000 was distributed in the last 3 years to local and global causes.
Examples include scholarships, clean water projects, wildlife research, anti-poaching efforts, the Borderlands Research Institute and the Texas Parks and Wildlife Foundation.

Join us January 18, 2025 at the Horseshoe Arena in Midland. There will be outfitters from around the world, vendors, raffles, silent & live auctions and more! Over 1,000 people joined us in 2023 helping to net raise over $1,000,000 for conservation efforts.

Meet with outfitters and vendors in the exhibit hall from 10 AM to 3 PM. General admission is $10 for people 12 and older, and free for those under 12 or SCI members. All day passes for the exhibit hall are sold at the door.
The private banquet and auctions begin at 5 pm. Tables can be purchased online via the link at the top of this page.
